You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and BT with respect to the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding that subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective only if in writing and signed by BT. Any failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of a future breach of that or any other provision of these Terms and Conditions.
